Erkin has more than 15 years of experience in the education industry, both in teaching and educational administration, particularly in areas of Business Management and Engineering. Prior to switching his career to private education, he was a R&D engineer working on GaN Blue laser project at NUS-IMRE in collaboration with a Japanese MNC.
