“The modules taught by NIM are helpful for my future career. I learned how to operate software like Amadeus, a reservation system for hotel, restaurants and airlines. The lecturers are also very approachable, we do not feel shy about asking questions in class. My lecturer helped me to search for available internship openings at 4-5 star hotels. He also guided me to ace my interview so I could secure my internship placement. Throughout my internship at Swissotel Merchant Court, my lecturer visited me regularly to ensure that I am adapting well to the working environment. I am grateful for this internship as it offers me an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the working world.”
