Mr Johnson Teo is a hospitality industry practitioner with years of experience with well-known industry players, such as Conrad Hotels, Marina Bay Sands, and Resort World Sentosa. He embarked on his journey as a tourism and hospitality educator in 2016 and currently continuing a doctoral programme at the Swiss School of Business and Management. Johnson is an experienced lecturer with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry and enhancing learning experience to adult learners. He is skilled in OnQ, Opera, Amadeus (GDS), Budgeting, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office operations, Microsoft Suite, and Coaching. Johnson is a strong operations professional with an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) focused on Workforce Development and Training from Institute of Adult Learning. Furthermore, he is recognised for his outstanding academic achievement during the pursuit of International Master of Business Administration with the California State University, Sacramento.
