Job Requirement
  • Diploma/Bachelor degree holders.
  • Preferably with good knowledge of Singapore education industry
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication skills and strong creativity.
  • A matured person and able to work independently and as a team.

  • Meticulous and able to work under pressure and stick to time constraints.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Able to travel as and when required.
  • Good communication in English and Mandarin (in order to conduct pre-course
    counselling for prospective English and languages students and attend to
    enquiries through phone, email and walk-in appointments.)
  • Singaporeans and PR preferred

Job Description

  • Develops and implements marketing and business development plans and
    strategies to achieve assigned sales target;
  • Identifies high growth areas and expand brand identity in China, Cambodia,
    Indonesia, Korea, Mongolia, Myanmar, Vietnam;
  • Recruits, trains and establishes good working relations with Agents for
    student recruitment;
  • Establishes partnership with colleges overseas;
  • Participates in exhibitions/road shows for agent/student recruitment;
  • Conducts pre-course counseling for prospective students and attend to
    enquiries through phone, email and walk-in appointments.
