Yan Ying has a very good sense of initiative to learn and showed great interest to know the job process/assigned tasks to her. She is a fast learner and performed well on her first half of her internship. Yan Ying has progressed fast from the first half. She is now functioning like a full-timer. Tiffany is a fast learner who is very inquisitive and positive. She will always take initiative to learn what she does not know and asked questions to understand the operation. She has taken efforts to support different outlets in terms of operations and has displayed great and excellent service with commendations from our guests, be it from dinner or afternoon tea. She is a great team player and does her best in everything she does at work. Tiffany has shown a lot of support and efforts in her work even with the current situation of reshuffling her work duties to the straits club and exhibited positive attitude as well as team efforts in her role. She has also demonstrated good communication skills and potrayed herself as not only a very good and capable team player and also an independant worker that we can rely on. It is a delight to have her during these 6 months and a great member of the team we can count on at any time.

Ei Han Thar Than is one of the good assistants for front office. She can handle guests' complaints in every situation. She has significantly improved her interpersonal skills with guests and employees. She is very impressive after her first 3 months. She is able to carry out supervisor's assigned tasks well. Her name is always mentioned by repeat guests because of her excellent service.
