Course Objective
The Advanced Diploma in Arts and Design aims to provide students with a solid foundation in arts and design. The program’s main objectives are to develop students’ comprehensive artistic skills across various mediums, such as drawing, painting, and digital art, allowing them to express their creativity confidently. Additionally, students will cultivate a conceptual understanding of design principles, including color theory, composition, and visual communication, enabling them to create impactful and emotionally resonant artwork. This well-rounded education prepares students for advanced specializations within the arts and design field, equipping them with the necessary tools to excel in a dynamic and competitive industry.

DELIVERY ASSESSMENTS & AWARDS
Students have access to local qualified lecturers and academic resources provided by the Nanyang Institute of Management.
Learning takes place through a combination of lectures, tutorials, workshops, seminars, and presentations. Resources and materials provided for students include lecture notes and reading references for books, publications, articles, and websites.
Assessment of modules comprises coursework and written examinations. Coursework may include individual essays, group projects, individual presentations, group presentations, case studies, tutorials, and tests.
Upon passing all modules, a student will be awarded the Nanyang Institute of Management Advanced Diploma in Arts and Design.

- Average Teacher-Student Ratio: 1 : 30
- Candidates must be at least 17 years of age at the time of application.
- Candidates must have minimum of 10 years of formal education and passed in equivalence of GCE ‘O’ Level Credits in 3 different subjects including a credit of at least C6 in Mandarin Language or its equivalent.
